| :: What is United Bio – Booster ? |
As expected with new technology, the procedure is not simple. Minerals are used as carriers for different types of biological energy. The new substance created detoxifies the soil, replaces critical trace minerals in the soil, and re-energizes the biological energy in things grown in the soil.
The waste of vegetables & bio-degradable substances are collected from the urban areas and taken to our production unit. There the heaps of such waste get decomposed by natural (i.e. worms bacteria and fungus) & mechanical degradation. Then after, with the help of a pulverizer, this bio-degraded mass is made into uniform size particles. This pulverize uniform mass is mixed with cattle-dung, agri waste etc. in varying proportion of 10 to 20 percent. This mixture is then put in to the weather shaded earth-worms pits.
By sprinkling water in the pits, the temperature of the pits is maintained at such level so as to keep the earthworms alive. Then after, the earth-worms are released into the pits. The earth-worms can eat fast continuously and excrete about 90 to 95 percent of their eaten food in the form of granules. By such constant eating and excretion, the earth-worms go deeper and deeper into the bottoms of the pits and convert the entire mixture into the granules within 40 to 45 days.
Since the earthworms are at the deeper bottom, all these upper granules are removed gradually by a light tool from the earthworm's pits. Then all the granular mass up to the bottom, where the earth-worms have reached, is collected and kept as small heaps for 3 to 4 hours The earth-worms by their nature get deposited at the bottoms of these small heaps. Again the upper portions of these small heaps are collected. The earth-worms settled at the bottoms are also collected and transferred to new earth-worms pits. The remain granular mass is passed through a sieve. Eventually, whatsoever young ones of earth-worms remained in this mass are also removed and transferred to fresh culture beds.
Then after, some bacteria e.g. Azotobacter and Rhizobium etc. are proportionately mixed in this granular mass. Ultimately, the final product of these Bio-Fertilizer granules, prepared by such natural process, is filled in various packs.
This naturally made Bio-Fertilizer granules make the soil useful by a natural production of Nitrogen in the soil. This packed bio-fertilizer contains all the essential macro and micro nutrients derived by a natural process and easily uptake by plant. It also contains bacteria and cocoons etc. which are useful for the soil. This natural and eco-friendly fertilizer increases the fertility of soil and the soil becomes live again. |
